I ran across this while researching using the logo loft again. We used them in 2008 and were very happy with the results. I had a vision in mind and they were able to make that a reality with only one revision (to change the net) I believe I paid for the bronze package and felt they exceeded my expectations.

Count me among the folks allegedly taken by this company. I was referred to the company by a user from many years ago, but it would seem that things have changed quite a bit from when he last used them. Since it was a referral, I saw no need to do any research. Boy, did I learn differently. I went to the website and ordered the Bronze Package. As such, I was directed to PayPal and completed the purchase for said package. However, instead of being redirected to LogoLoft to complete the order, the session simply ended. As such, I was simply left with sending money for a package without the ability to spec the order and establish an account. They basically had my $239 without any additional info tying it to me. When I realized the issue, I completed a webform from their website. Six days later, no contact. I've tried emailing the customer service emails, and those emails have been returned as non-deliverable. I've contacted the "support" phone numbers, and I have not received a return phone call...yet. (I'm not holding my breath) After the issue and non-contacts by the company, research tends to indicate this company does not exist anymore. It still has a web presence, but there is enough information on the internet to lead one to believe that it has moved along under different business aliases. BBB ratings for this company are horrible, and it apparently is not located at the addresses indicated on its website. Simply do a search for Aaron and Lucy Carr, Logos, and other related searches and draw you own conclusion. Fusion Logo appears to be one of their last ventures. Just beware. I have already contact PayPal to dispute the transaction, so I am hopeful I'll get a refund. Good luck to the rest of you.

Refused to Refund Payment for Duplicate Order
I accidentally re-ordered a package for a custom logo. Immediately realizing my error, I contacted Logo Loft with the duplicate order number to cancel. They had already credited my checking account for both orders, which were identical. Obviously it was a mistake. Despite a whole year of requesting a refund, I was never given my money back. When I asked if I could get a product for the money they kept, like business cards using the logo, I was told that my refund was already being processed, therefore, I could not purchase a product with the money. I never got my money back. I will never use, nor recommend Logo Loft for anything.

I have used this company two times in the past seven years for logos, and received prompt, excellent service. I used them again, using the same process of placing my order on their website (which looks exactly the same). During the process this time, not once did I receive an email from them, unlike the prior times where I was prompted for action. I had to refresh their website to see that I had revisions/approvals waiting for me. Even then, the revision process went quickly. One week ago today, I approved my final and I still have not received my files. I emailed my designer four days ago. Nothing. I called twice yesterday and noticed both times that I appeared to be getting transferred and once someone answered, both times they sounded Indian (this company is supposed to be based in Alabama), both times neither sounded like they knew what the business was even about and both times I got blown off. I noticed unprofessional background noise, like they were answering from a sweatshop. I went back through old emails and tried calling the numbers listed from both designers back in '09 and '13 and both numbers have been disconnected. I searched the business name and found these complaints and sadly I have to add to them. I have contacted my bank and they placed a fraud alert on the charge. THESE PEOPLE WILL SCAM YOU. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE THEY PROMISE TO PROVIDE. BE WARNED.

Design quality was very poor. They asked for specific directions on the design. I even uploaded a file which they had asked for. Not a single element of the file was used. They did what they wanted. When I was unhappy with the designs and asked for a refund, they refused. They stopped returning my messages and emails. I started calling them a lot, but they must have a caller ID, because the day I became upset with them was the last time I was able to speak with them. Started the online chat several times. Every time the session "ends unexpectedly". Highly recommend a different company. This company is a sham. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE SATISFACTION, although it states that on their website.

Scammers took my money and gave me NO LOGO

These people are a group of crooks and goons. I purchased their silver package for $329 USD and proceeded to request concepts. Upon delivery, I was able to choose a concept that I liked and have it revised so that it could fit my liking. After a few revisions, I had some designs that I was happy with but decided to take a step back and work on other parts of launching my business in the hopes that I could come back to the logo and make my final decision at a later date. This proved to be the worst decision that I could make. After getting everything done in regards to launching the business, I came back and requested to get the final design files of one of my designs. (Note that I had not requested this earlier, as this is the final step and essentially what you need in order to put your logo on business cards, signs, etc.) They would not provide me with the final designs and told me that I would need to pay an additional $99 in order to have the logo recreated and sent to me. They said that it was because they were under new management and had deleted all the old files since the last time that I had contacted them. So essentially I paid $329 for nothing. I have no way of getting the files to work with and they are adamant about their policy of charging me $99 to have the files remade. These guys are a joke. I spoke to them over the phone and emailed them only to get the same response. Customers beware! These guys can employ very shady practices and leave you with no options for justice.

We should have read the reviews before we took the bait! We tried to cancel our order 24 hours after we subscribed to Logo Loft. They said they would refund our money in 7 business days (I have email) and then 21 business days (another email). Since the bank couldn't help us as they are supposedly a legit business (and not in this country as advertised), they couldn't get our money back. So now we said to just go through with the order since they are keeping our money and of course, we can't even get into our account. And the phone number they gave us to contact their 'Financial Office' is a non-working number!

Bait and switch - FRAUD
The Logo Loft sold me a revision on my business card to just change my email and basic information, and with that, 500 business cards. It's been literally over a year and they haven't managed to complete things and are now telling me that I owe them $99 to do what I've already paid them to do and proved by providing a receipt. They keep repeating that they can't help and are sorry for my frustration. They aren't sorry. They are crooks. I have been emailing for months. No one will get back to me. They are total scammers. They keep giving me the run around. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE LOGO LOFT

Absolute Refusal to Honor their Stated refund Policy: BEWARE!
I submitted a Logo Order for my company. The first samples were absolutely inadequate, and basically 5th Grade Level. I had no faith there would be much improvement if I submitted modifications. So I submitted a refund request per their own policy and I qualified under their own terms. Logoloft will not refund my money no matter how many contacts I make. I was initially assured I would get my refund in 3-5 business days, but never did. Every time I contact their representatives, they assure me that they will "expedite" my request with the "accounting department." They always refuse to give me a time-frame for my refund. Based on principle, I plan on suing them in my local court. I will also complain to my state attorney general. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Logo Loft - complete incompetence
I used this company several years ago to create a logo and was satisfied with the results. Last year, I used them again to create another logo and it was like I was dealing with a completely different company. The renderings I received were extremely generic, with nothing at all reflecting what our nonprofit does. I had to submit many revisions and basically designed the logo myself. I ordered business cards for myself and they took longer than they should've to produce. Over a month ago, I attempted to order more business cards for another volunteer with our organization. I explained over the phone and in an email that I wanted the exact card but with a different person's name and title. They responded with entirely new designs - twice. I called and tried to explain what I wanted to the incompetent, clueless person who answers the phone, but to no avail. After several attempts, I eventually got them to understand what I wanted. Now, it's been several weeks and I've received nothing. Of course, they charged my credit card the first day of my attempted order. They told me that my artist's name was David. They show a cartoon drawing of an artsy looking guy with a ponytail. When I ask to speak with him, he's never available. Then, I read a complaint from a guy named Michael on this site, stating that he hasn't worked there since 2008, but they still use his name. When speaking with the nasally, annoying person that answers the phone - who has absolutely NO business sense or knowledge - I heard a dog barking and the doorbell ring. This is being run out of somebody's house! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be throwing your money away.

Then in 2016, I had the same experience...bad logos and no customer service..

Unreliable scammers
I ordered a logo for $750 back in 2010. Before I received the deliverables, Logo Loft went out of business. No return calls, e-mails or letters--and no returned $750. I was surprised to get an e-mail from them that they are back up and running again on Monday. I called in to see if I could get a refund. The looked up my old record and promised to get back to me by in 24 hours. 72 hours later I've still heard nothing--not surprised. Look elsewhere for reliability. The e-mail address for the management on their site doesn't work--not surprised.

I stupidly (now i know) paid for a logo design with thelogoloft.com its been 2 weeks and no one has bothered to contact me ...no logo design, no hi we have your money have a nice day...NOTHING. I have written 3 emails and no response. They have STOLEN my money.....i have to claim it back from the bank. Do not use this company or any other cheap ( and $239 is not cheap) we guarantee you a cheap clip are logo in 3 days...its been a hassle i do not need. At least other cheap logo .coms provided a cheap clip art logo that at least i could laugh at but this place i did not get anything!!

I used these guys and they left me hanging. I should have gone with another company but now I'm stuck. To anyone that wants a logo for their business do not go with them. Look for a company with a good portfolio and one that you deal with the designers one on one. Look for on-line chat and speak to soneone first. Don't deal with logo works or logo guru. I asked them to help me and they told me I had to pay to start over. There was only one company that helped me out and did not charge me, they just wanted to help. I will not mention which company just click on their live chat and tell them the pissed off logo loft lady sent you.

Greetings all, my name is David McLain and I was once employed at Logo Loft DBA Optaprint as the print shop manager. I see in one of the posts below that my name is still associated with the company. I have not been employed there since March of 2008, so whatever correspondence Logo Loft customers receive with MY name attached is bogus. I'm assuming that someone is using my old email address. I suppose that's par for the course considering the amount of time they take to service what's left of their customers. I have been in the printing business for over 30 years, and the one thing I have learned during my career is that Customer Service is the most valuable tool that one has, along with quality and timely delivery. I was required on several occasions as the manager of the print shop to call customers and tell them "something, anything to avoid a refund or complaint". Folks, it didn't take me long to get sick of this kind of subterfuge. So, if anyone who deals with Logo Loft in the future receives any type of correspondence with my name on it, It is NOT really me!

I went to their website today and their website certificate is no longer trusted, their 800 number is disconnected. They took $1,500 and I’ve seen no work in two weeks.
I’ve used them before and have been satisfied. But read all this when I couldn’t get a hold of anyone!
